The Afrikan Gurus were especially powerful, and I learned that they pack a lot of energy as well, so I stopped drinking coffee on days that I used those. It was nice to feel the joy without the agitation that often accompanies coffee ! If I made more money, I would do the protocols and golden tickets as often as possible. Would 100% recommend.
