Shipping Info
Due to the nature of using fresh ingredients we cannot accept returns since we cannot ensure proper handling of the product once it leaves our facility. Our promise is to ensure your order is fresh, packaged to prevent melting, and delivered as quickly as possible. We use UPS 2 day expedited shipping with cold chain, eco-friendly packaging.
It is the customer’s responsibility to receive the order when delivered. If you cannot receive it upon the scheduled delivery time, you can opt to reschedule or pickup your delivery at a local UPS location. You can do this on the UPS tracking page under “change my delivery”.
