I have only taken the dream wise a few times, and plan to experiment more in combination with other adaptogenic herbs to work on dipping into deeper states of sleep and restoration. The flow state though is definitely a fave! I love to take it alongside my daily green juice ritual, and there’s something about that combo that really gives me a beautiful lift in energy and spirit that I seek, especially mid afternoon.
