I have only taken the dream wise a few times, and plan to experiment more in combination with other adaptogenic herbs to work on dipping into deeper states of sleep and restoration. The flow state though is definitely a fave! I love to take it alongside my daily green juice ritual, and there’s something about that combo that really gives me a beautiful lift in energy and spirit that I seek, especially mid afternoon. There is absolutely no crash to my adrenals or nervous system after I consume this chocolate, like most other chocolate tends to. Especially for the sensitive folk and purists like myself.
